Twice per year (1st week in January and September) we offer a free fitness week. This is the perfect opportunity to try out our classes to see what you might like. No registration is necessary; just show up at the appropriate day, time and location and the instructor will guide you through the class.
The Fitness Frenzy Schedule is available online and at the Sussex Civic Center about 2 weeks prior to the respective week.
Our group fitness class offering involves Yoga, Yolates, Zumba Toning, Core Crunch and Barre.
